COVID-19 RISE Fund Program

Thanks to the city of Austin and Austin Public Health, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul Diocesan Council of Austin was a recipient of the Relief in a State of Emergency (RISE) funding. This was in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Society used the $1 million funding to provide Direct Relief Services and/or Direct Financial Assistance to Austin/Travis County residents impacted by COVID-19 and who are ineligible to receive CARES Act assistance.
