Located in St Louis, Missouri, eight regional councils facilitate the work of the National Council.

Diocesan Councils
There are 32 Diocesan Councils in the South Central Region.

District Councils
There are five District Councils in the Diocese of Austin- Austin North, Austin South, Austin Central., Southern, and Temple. The District Councils consist of a board, which consists of Conference Presidents.

Conferences
The Austin Diocesan Council has 34 neighborhood Conferences, which are part of a national network of more than 4,350 Conferences throughout the United States.
