Basic Needs Assistance
Ministries   >   Basic Needs

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul offers basic needs assistance through its local parish groups, called conferences, in the Diocese of Austin.  There are 37 SVDP conferences in the diocese, and they offer assistance according to geographic location. Each conference offers basic needs assistance for individuals and families, but the types of assistance available vary from one conference to another.

Please find your zip code on our referral list and call the appropriate SVDP group to make your request for assistance. Zip codes marked with an asterisk (*) indicate areas that are shared between two or more Conferences. Please choose the church that is closest to your residence. If your zip code is not on the list, please call 512.251.6995 for more information.
